Sephora Canada operations team lead role in La Salle, Quebec. Manage store operations, inventory, and team for this permanent full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational team members within the store
- Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with company-established processes and timelines
- Manage store inventory including shipment, receipt, returns, periodic counting, and verification of all processes against company guidelines
- Direct visual merchandising concepts and in-store displays to align with corporate standards
- Supervise all cleaning teams (internal and third-party) and provide feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
- Manage the supply procurement process to maintain appropriate budgets and quantities of supplies, demonstrators, and samples
- Participate in performance management activities and deliver timely feedback to operational team members
- Serve as in-store duty manager as needed and collaborate with beauty advisors and customers on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback

- Demonstrated effectiveness in time management and problem-solving
- Experience managing teams in high-volume retail environments

Experience
1 to 3 years in a similar operations role in a comparable high-volume retail store, or equivalent internal experience within the luxury sector.
