The Operations Team Lead supports and directly manages store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, supplies, cleaning crews, team performance, and budget strategy, while regularly serving as Manager on Duty. This is a permanent, full-time role at Sephora in Lethbridge, Alberta.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store operations and ensure all operations-focused processes are completed to company standards.
- Directly manage the Operations team and support operations staffing, the overnight stock team, and the operations leadership team.
- Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counting, and compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
- Ensure merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals meet company standards.
- Manage in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed to ensure agreed standards are met.
- Maintain appropriate budgets and quantities for store supplies, testers, and samples.
- Participate in performance management for the Operations team and deliver timely improvement feedback with appropriate follow-up.
- Regularly act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor whenever possible.
- Develop budget strategies and demonstrate expertise in store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and other controllable expenses.

- One to three years of experience in a similar role at a store of similar volume, or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
- Strong store operations skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
