The Quality Agent supports store cleanliness and upkeep at Sephora in Toronto, maintaining cleaning schedules, organizing supplies and keeping sales floor, backstage and washroom areas clean, safe and presentable. This permanent, part-time role also supports merchandising standards, replenishment, loss prevention and store events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute cleaning schedules, complete assigned tasks and daily checklists, and organize stock, supplies, testers and samples.
- Maintain Sephora’s visual and merchandising standards and keep assigned zones clean and organized.
- Support cleanliness and safety standards in backstage areas, including the stockroom, lockers, kitchen and bathrooms.
- Assist with maintaining store animations and events.
- Replenish product quantities on the stage and ensure PQ brands adhere to Loss Prevention standards.
- Support store cleanliness and upkeep to deliver a positive client experience across the sales floor, backstage areas and washrooms.
Qualifications
- Experience in the retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work days, nights and weekends.
