Sephora Canada hiring Sales & Education Manager in Montreal to drive brand growth and team development. CAD$71,000–$85,000 + bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop strategic quarterly business plans to drive Sephora Collection sales growth, analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement across the region
- Implement customized in-store strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and key performance indicators
- Facilitate daily training sessions to educate and inspire Beauty Advisors on new product launches, core products, and selling techniques while integrating brand and company initiatives
- Establish and maintain relationships with in-store teams and leaders, collaborating on visual merchandising placements and brand positioning
- Partner with Sephora Collection Field Leaders, Merchants, and business partners to identify and capitalize on in-store brand opportunities
- Create and manage all scheduling calendars, oversee travel and expense management, and ensure timely completion of sales reporting and budget reconciliation
- Plan and allocate freelance support hours to maximize business impact while maintaining budget discipline and providing coaching to support staff
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in education, training, or retail leadership within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); bilingual capability is essential
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire others through engaging training and education experiences
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate sales data and market insights into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated experience building partnerships across teams and collaborating effectively in matrix organizations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using digital and AI-enabled tools in daily operations
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel up to 80% throughout the region
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends to support brand activations and events
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods
