Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the achievement of sales goals through outstanding customer experience
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and reflect Sephora's brand standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security while promoting an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment
- Support peak retail operations during nights and weekends with consistent punctuality and attendance
Qualifications
- Some experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
