Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate for its London, Ontario location to deliver exceptional client experiences during peak retail operations. This flexible, non-guaranteed-hours position involves supporting store operations, managing inventory and stock replenishment, assisting with visual merchandising, and fostering an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment. The successful candidate will maintain Sephora's brand standards whilst working in a collaborative, fast-paced beauty retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand through promotional setups and event execution
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and maintaining a clean, safe, secure shopping environment
