Sephora is recruiting seasonal associates for its Pickering location to support peak holiday operations. This flexible, part-time role offers approximately 0–14 hours per week and involves delivering exceptional client service, supporting store operations, and maintaining visual merchandising standards across the beauty retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals during peak retail periods
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution aligned with Sephora's brand
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming shopping experience and promote a culture of openness and empowerment
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and maintaining a clean, safe, and secure store environment
Qualifications
- Some experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
