Sephora seeks a Seasonal Retail Associate in Chilliwack to support client service, store operations and visual merchandising during peak business periods. The part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role has variable scheduling of 0–14 hours per week and pays CAD 19.85–24.80 per hour, with possible performance-based bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered and support teamwork.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a clean, safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
