Sephora is hiring a part-time Seasonal Retail Associate in Dartmouth for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours role of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising during peak periods; night and weekend availability is required. Compensation is CAD 17.70–22.15 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a clean, safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods, creating a welcoming experience and keeping the store stocked and visually ready.
