The Seasonal Store Associate supports customer service, sales goals, store operations, inventory and visual merchandising while helping maintain a clean, safe and well-stocked store. The flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role offers up to 14 hours per week based on business needs, with availability required for evenings, weekends and peak periods; pay is CAD 18.10–22.65 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the achievement of sales goals.
- Support replenishment, inventory management, order processing and compliance with operating standards.
- Assist with promotional displays and in-store events.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
- Follow Sephora policies and maintain an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Help keep the store clean, safe and well stocked during busy periods.
