Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Ajax for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role with a flexible schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising during peak periods, and must be available nights and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfilment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Help foster an inclusive, open team culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and Sephora standards to help maintain a clean, safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a welcoming, well-stocked and visually ready store during peak business periods.
