Services Manager, Stores at Sephora Canada in Saskatoon—manage in-store beauty services, events, and team development. Permanent full-time, CAD$54.8–$68.5K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring the Coordinator is adequately trained and effective
- Oversee all in-store services, classes, and events with appropriate planning, staffing, and resource allocation
- Manage the online reservation system, publish Beauty Advisors' availability, and ensure efficient client check-in processes
- Develop and administer Beauty Advisor certifications and training programs to elevate artistry skills
- Participate in performance management, provide timely feedback, and support continuous improvement for direct reports and team members
- Leverage technology innovations to enhance the in-store client experience and service delivery
- Act as Manager on Duty, engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor, and drive sales opportunities
- Identify and develop talented store leaders capable of training and driving client service excellence
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Proven ability to identify and attract talented team members and develop them into effective leaders
- Demonstrated capability to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service through team leadership

Two to four years of experience in a similar managerial role at a comparable retail store volume or equivalent internal experience within a luxury beauty retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management or beauty industry training is preferred.
