Role & Responsibilities
- Own employee giving, matching-gift, and volunteering programs end to end, administering the Benevity platform and developing campaigns for store, Field Support Centre, and distribution-centre teams.
- Lead national giving initiatives from concept through completion, including the annual giving campaign, heritage and awareness month activations, and rapid-response disaster relief.

- Run product and in-kind donation programs with Merchandising, Inventory, and Supply Chain, including eligibility, allocation, logistics, and charitable receipting.

- Manage program budgets with Finance, including forecasting, purchase orders, invoicing, and monthly variance tracking.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility, ESG, sustainability, or community engagement, including hands-on program ownership in a large, multi-site organization.
