Sephora is hiring a Stage Experience and Services Manager in Kamloops, BC to lead store teams and oversee client experiences and services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute training for all new hires and existing staff, including Welcome to Sephora and Sephora 101 sessions
  • Manage timely response to all client feedback and issues from Sephora's feedback platform and service channels
  • Lead hiring and interview processes for all team members, working with Talent and Business Operations leaders
  • Regularly serve as Director in Charge within the store, managing on-stage presence and client engagement
  • Build and develop top-performing teams across multiple functional areas (Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash Wrap, Services)
  • Align store cast with company goals, opportunities, and emerging retail trends
  • Demonstrate and model Sephora's core values of client passion, innovation, expertise, work-life balance, respect, and teamwork
  • Source, select, and hire candidates using the My Sephora Career system

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar management role at a comparable-volume store or equivalent internal Sephora experience
  • Exceptional leadership and influential capabilities
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing retail teams
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
  • Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
