Sephora Stage Experience Lead, full-time position in London, Ontario. Lead sales floor departments and deliver exceptional client experience. CAD$22.20–$26.10/hr plus bonuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all assigned sales floor departments and ensure the team properly executes Sephora's selling model
- Provide outstanding client service leadership and support timely response to client feedback across departments
- Train and coach cast members on Client Interactive Technology and other in-store innovations
- Support in-store events to achieve store goals and address client needs
- Conduct performance assessments and developmental coaching within the assigned store area
- Deliver timely feedback for improvement and participate in regular check-ins with direct reports
- Partner with direct manager to action client-related issues and feedback
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a similar supervisory role at a comparable-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
- Demonstrated success creating high-performing teams that drive sales and deliver outstanding client service
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and Sephora's business model
Skills
Experience
One to three years of supervisory experience in a similar volume retail store or equivalent internal progression within Sephora or comparable beauty retail environment.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
