Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare
- Ensure all floor staff properly execute Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service
- Manage timely responses to client feedback and partner with management to address client-related issues through formal channels
- Train and support all floor cast in Client Interactive Technology and other company systems
- Coordinate and support in-store events to align with store goals and client needs
- Monitor performance management situations within the assigned area and provide constructive coaching and feedback
- Conduct regular check-ins with direct reports to assess development and drive performance
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business development opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 1–3 years' experience in a similar supervisory or assistant management role at a high-volume retail location
- Demonstrated ability to attract, identify, and develop talented team leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven capability to train and develop sales associates to drive performance and client satisfaction
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a similar high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience at Sephora.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or retail management preferred.

This position is based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Winnipeg.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
