The Stage Experience Lead oversees all sales floor departments within a Sephora store location, ensuring flawless execution of the brand's selling model and exceptional client service. This supervisory role encompasses responsibility for Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare departments (or combinations thereof), with accountability for achieving and exceeding store sales objectives while managing team performance, client feedback, in-store events, and innovation initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all sales floor departments within the assigned Sephora location, ensuring proper execution of the brand's selling model
- Ensure all sales associates properly execute Sephora's client service standards and provide outstanding client experiences
- Support timely response to all client feedback and partner with direct manager to address client-related issues through hotline or direct feedback channels
- Provide coaching and performance management to team members within the assigned area, delivering timely feedback and conducting regular check-ins
- Coordinate and support in-store events ensuring alignment with store objectives and client needs
- Support training and development of sales team on Client Interactive Technology and other brand innovations
- Demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities to drive entrepreneurial growth
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role at a high-volume retail location or equivalent internal Sephora experience
- Proven ability to attract, identify, and develop talented store leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence business partners at all levels
- Demonstrated capacity to build cohesive teams and drive sales performance

Minimum 1–3 years in a similar leadership role at a comparable-volume retail environment or equivalent internal progression within Sephora.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.80 to CAD 24.45 per hour.
