Sephora Canada, Vaughan: Stage Experience Manager, Stores. Lead beauty services and client experience at a high-volume retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of client experience and service delivery, including the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio operations and beauty education classes
- Oversee daily operations at service studios, ensuring coordinators are adequately trained to manage services and drive client engagement
- Execute training and development programs for beauty advisors and artistry specialists, including onboarding and selling model training
- Manage the online services reservation system, publishing advisor availability and class schedules while ensuring efficient client check-in processes
- Ensure staffing levels adequately support service delivery and client flow throughout the store
- Monitor sales floor standards and visual merchandising execution, ensuring all displays align with company standards and inventory is properly replenished
- Collaborate with vendor and brand representatives to ensure effective product training and coaching for store team members
- Provide mentorship and development support to all beauty advisors and Senior Artistry and Skincare roles
- Support the operations team in executing visual merchandising concepts and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
Qualifications
- Two to four years' experience in a similar retail management or studio operations role at a comparable volume location
- Proven ability to identify and attract talented store leaders capable of training and developing teams to drive sales performance
- Demonstrated expertise in creating high-performing teams and fostering a culture of client service excellence
- Strong understanding of beauty industry practices, services, and product knowledge
- Experience managing online reservation systems and coordinating service scheduling
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of progressive retail management experience in a similar high-volume retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in leading beauty services, store operations, or client experience teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business management, retail operations, or beauty industry training preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 54,800 to CAD 68,500 per annum.
