Sephora Team Lead, Store Operations in Laval, QC. Manage store operations and lead the operations team at QC-Laval-Est location. CAD $21.10–$26.40/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations staff and provide ongoing support to overnight stock teams and store leadership
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to all company-standard processes and procedures
- Direct day-to-day store operations, including execution of visual merchandising concepts and elements according to corporate standards
- Oversee inventory management, including shipment reception, merchandise returns, periodic stocktakes, and compliance verification
- Supervise internal and third-party cleaning teams, provide feedback, coaching, and escalate issues as necessary
- Manage supply chain processes to maintain appropriate budgets and quantities of supplies, demonstrators, and product samples
- Evaluate team performance and provide timely feedback for development and improvement
- Act as floor supervisor in-store and collaborate with beauty advisors and clients on the sales floor
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar operations role in a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal Sephora experience
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent store operations skills and multi-tasking capability
- Demonstrated time management and problem-solving competencies
