The Assistant Store Manager at Swarovski leads by example, supports team recruitment, coaching and onboarding, and helps deliver customer service and monthly sales goals at Vaughan Mills in Concord, Ontario. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations in every customer interaction.
- Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers.
- Lead by example as a role model, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
- Support recruitment, coach and motivate the team to drive business performance.
- Support the implementation of monthly service and sales plans, goals and targets.
- Facilitate in-store onboarding for new starters.
