The Assistant Store Manager leads by example while delivering exceptional customer service, building customer loyalty and supporting recruitment, coaching, onboarding and monthly sales and service goals at Swarovski’s Tanger Outlet store in Cookstown. The full-time role offers an annual pay range of CAD 44,120–55,150, with eligibility to participate in a sales incentive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service and exceed expectations in every customer interaction.
- Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers.
- Lead by example as a role model, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
- Support recruitment, coach and motivate the team to drive the business.
- Support implementation of the monthly service and sales plan, goals and targets.
- Facilitate in-store onboarding for new starters.

- 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment.
- Experience in attainable luxury, fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands.
