Swatch Assistant Store Manager - Toronto Eaton Centre. Lead retail operations, manage sales team, and drive customer excellence. Full-time position starting at CAD $44,000–$48,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and coach the sales team to achieve customer service excellence and sales targets while monitoring individual performance metrics
- Manage store operational efficiency by ensuring adherence to company procedures, controlling inventory, and resolving discrepancies
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, staff evaluations, and disciplinary processes to build an effective team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in alignment with brand guidelines
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and serve as a role model for company procedures
- Perform cash management, POS system operations, and complete administrative paperwork with attention to detail
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories retail
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Experience operating POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build strong professional relationships
- Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday periods
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and within team environments
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, with preference given to candidates with background in fashion, accessories, or luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business management certification is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 44,000 to CAD 48,000 per annum.
