Swatch is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Montreal to lead retail operations, manage sales teams, and drive customer service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets, while monitoring product knowledge and individual performance metrics
- Contribute to efficient store operations, ensure compliance with established procedures, control inventory levels, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support recruitment, employee development, and disciplinary processes; participate in performance evaluations and individual development planning
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards throughout the store
- Model exemplary adherence to safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of management experience in retail, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Proven experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to build strong relationships
- Leadership capability to direct and inspire a sales team
- Results-oriented mindset with high energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Self-directed with collaborative team capabilities
