Swatch Toronto Assistant Store Manager position with $44,000–$48,000 base salary plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales staff to enhance customer experiences and achieve sales targets while ensuring comprehensive product knowledge and performance monitoring
- Manage store efficiency, operational procedures, inventory controls, and address inventory discrepancies
- Support recruitment, staff development, disciplinary processes, and contribute to employee evaluations and development plans
- Maintain store presentation standards and visual merchandising consistency
- Uphold workplace safety protocols and model adherence to company policies and procedures
- Perform cash management, POS system operations, and complete required paperwork with attention to detail
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience operating POS systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent relationship-building capabilities
- Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate retail teams
- Ability to work flexibly, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
