Swatch Group Warehouse Associate in Brampton, ON—receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment at $21–$24.50/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive products from suppliers, retail locations, service centers, and internal departments, verifying merchandise against shipping documents for accuracy
- Store inventory in designated warehouse locations and assist with annual physical inventories, cycle counts, and ongoing inventory control activities
- Pick and prepare customer and store orders according to daily pick lists and shipping requirements, meeting or exceeding productivity and shipment targets
- Verify orders by scanning products accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems prior to packing and shipment
- Process outgoing shipments using approved shipping and freight systems while verifying delivery information and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency while monitoring inventory of shipping and packaging supplies
- Report discrepancies, injuries, hazards, equipment issues, and safety concerns immediately to the supervisor
- Uphold workplace health and safety standards and operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company policies and training requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, and receiving experience
- Experience with warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and inventory control processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong mathematical and inventory reconciliation skills
- Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing a minimum of 35 lbs
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet productivity targets, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
Skills
Experience
Previous warehouse and shipping/receiving experience required. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and inventory control processes is considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 21 to CAD 24.50 per hour.
