Swatch Sales Associate (part-time) in Calgary, AB. $16/hr base plus performance bonus. Retail sales and customer service role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and consultative selling
- Process sales transactions, returns, and inventory management using POS systems
- Maintain store visual standards by following merchandising guidelines and ensuring store cleanliness and organization
- Support daily operations including cash management and adherence to operational policies and procedures
- Uphold workplace safety standards and comply with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexible availability including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays

At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories. Prior experience with POS systems is required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 16 per hour.
