Swatch Sales Associate position in Victoria, BC. Part-time retail role with $18.30/hr base pay plus performance bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving inquiries with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and consultative selling
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately using the POS system
- Support inventory management activities and maintain accurate stock records
- Assist in maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards and cleanliness
- Uphold workplace safety standards and adhere to operational policies and procedures
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexible availability including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion and accessories sector. Experience working with POS systems is essential.
