Swatch Sales Associate role in Toronto offering $18.05/hr plus monthly bonus. Part-time retail position with flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shift
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and consultative selling techniques
- Process sales transactions and returns accurately using POS systems
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock organization, and adherence to operational policies
- Maintain store visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Uphold workplace safety standards and comply with all regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate information clearly and concisely
- Capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm for sales in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion and accessories sector. Prior experience with POS systems is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates comfort working independently and collaboratively, thrives in fast-paced retail environments, and possesses a self-starter mentality.
