Swatch Sales Lead position in Edmonton, Alberta — retail management role offering $19/hour base plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, establish and communicate sales targets, and coach the sales team to meet performance objectives while maintaining high product knowledge standards
- Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, payroll control, inventory management, and accurate timely reporting to head office
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and disciplinary processes to cultivate a high-performing team; conduct performance evaluations and manage development plans
- Execute merchandise launches in compliance with Swatch brand standards and maintain visual presentation of the retail environment
- Maintain health and safety standards and serve as a role model for policy and procedure compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories retail
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in a retail setting
- Proven experience operating point-of-sale (POS) systems in a retail environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated relationship-building abilities
- Effective leadership capabilities to mentor, motivate, and develop retail teams

Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in the fashion and accessories sector, combined with at least 4 years of prior customer service experience. Demonstrated expertise with point-of-sale systems and retail operations management is essential.
