Swatch Store Manager position in Laval, Quebec. Lead a boutique team, drive sales, and manage retail operations. CAD 60k–65k base plus performance bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the retail team to achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, payroll management, inventory control, and accurate reporting to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Supervise recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary measures to build and maintain a high-performing team in a positive work environment
- Execute visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines and maintain compelling store presentation aligned with Swatch's aesthetic
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies while modeling exemplary professional conduct and integrity
- Manage financial performance, control costs, and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and coaching
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
- Intermediate computer skills with strong proficiency in MS Office suite
- Demonstrated experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to motivate and develop retail sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts with flexibility for weekends and holidays
- Results-oriented with high energy levels and demonstrated enthusiasm for retail excellence
