TAG Heuer Client Advisor in Vancouver, BC—luxury watch retail sales, clienteling, and brand ambassador role at new Oakridge Mall location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through consultative selling techniques, product storytelling, upselling, and objection handling on the sales floor
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships by executing clienteling strategies, managing individual client databases, and personalizing outreach through available CRM tools
  • Serve as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's DNA and communicating the collection's heritage, technical specifications, and advantages to build client trust and loyalty
  • Support team members and colleagues in the boutique, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
  • Maintain operational excellence by executing daily processes including inventory management, cash handling, security protocols, visual merchandising, and compliance with internal control policies
  • Leverage front and back-office tools (CEGID, Salesforce) to execute transactions, manage client data qualitatively, and coordinate after-sales operations
  • Participate in events and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence both within and outside the boutique
  • Contribute to store maintenance, window animation, product presentation, and adherence to grooming and presentation guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience
  • Fluency in English and the local language (French preferred); additional languages a plus
  • Demonstrable passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sporting culture
  • Proficiency with sales KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, average selling price, sales mix)
  • Knowledge of client and clienteling KPIs and strategies
  • Understanding of front and back retail procedures and brand-specific protocols
  • Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting new clients and growing an active client base
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong presentation ability

Experience

Minimum 2 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably in watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion. Entry-level candidates with strong sales aptitude and luxury retail exposure will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality, retail management, business, or luxury brand studies preferred but not required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 23 to CAD 25 per hour.
