The Loss Prevention Professional at Tiffany & Co. in Toronto is responsible for maintaining a secure environment for clients and employees, serving as an ambassador for the brand, and supporting store operations to achieve sales plans. This role requires a valid Security License, a High School Diploma, and the ability to work flexible retail hours. The position offers a competitive hourly wage with sales commission eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
- Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support store operations to achieve sales plans.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
- Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and report submissions.
- Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
Qualifications
- Valid Security License.
- High School Diploma.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
