Tiffany & Co. is hiring Seasonal Retail Associates to welcome clients, support sales and store operations, and deliver memorable service during the holiday season. This is a temporary seasonal role; pay is CAD 18.00–22.00, depending on relevant skills and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly, provide appropriate assistance and deliver a memorable experience consistent with the Tiffany & Co. brand.
- Use hospitality and store amenities to create personalized client experiences that support sales and service.
- Assist at the engraving station where applicable.
- Accurately manage the sales-floor waiting list where applicable.
- Keep the hospitality area fully stocked, orderly and clean.
- Alert management to potential service issues involving waiting clients.
- Support the sales team by boxing and wrapping items, replenishing point-of-sale and gifting supplies, keeping point-of-sale stations and sales-floor areas neat and organized, and performing point-of-sale functions after a client’s purchase decision is finalized.
- Support the operations team with operational policies and procedures and after-sales service to help ensure optimal store operations.
- Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail, luxury retail or client-related experience, such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
