Tommy Hilfiger is hiring a full-time Floor Supervisor in Cambridge, Ontario, to lead daily sales-floor operations, open and close the store, coach associates and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Role & Responsibilities
- Create a warm, helpful customer experience that encourages conversation, supports sales and builds brand loyalty.
- Open and close the store as key holder, drive sales performance, coach associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
- Stay informed about new campaigns and product launches, and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves and operate the register while working on the sales floor.
- Demonstrate pride, commitment and passion for the brand and its customers.
- Drive daily sales goals and help foster a motivating, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder.
- Friendliness, organization and excellent time-management skills.
- Confidence leading by example, resolving issues in the moment and supporting daily operations.
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
