The Sales Associate delivers a welcoming customer experience, promotes Tommy Hilfiger campaigns and products, and supports sales-floor and back-of-house operations under store management. This is a temporary, part-time role with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, helpful customer experience that encourages conversation, supports sales and builds brand affinity.
- Stay informed about current campaigns and product launches, and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves and operate the cash register while supporting sales-floor operations.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment and enthusiasm for its customers.
- Promote and uphold brand standards under the guidance of store management.
Qualifications
- Friendliness, organization and excellent time-management skills.
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
- Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
