The Key Holder at Tory Burch in Edmonton builds customer relationships, drives sales, delivers an informed brand experience, and supports store operations, including opening and closing. Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a strong customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate Tory Burch’s brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain sales and operational policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the store.
Qualifications
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
