The Retail Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, assisting customers, handling cashier and phone duties, executing store procedures, and managing shipments and stockroom organization. This is a seasonal, part-time role requiring flexible availability, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts; compensation is CAD 17–19, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations.
- Welcome customers, run items, operate the cash register and answer phone calls.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments, and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Must be available for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.

1–2 years in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
