Tory Burch is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Halton Hills to build customer relationships, drive sales and deliver a distinctive client experience through product knowledge and brand storytelling. The role requires one to three years of high-volume retail experience and availability for flexible shifts, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a customer experience through effective selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience, with verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
