Tory Burch is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate to support front- and back-of-house operations, customer service, cash handling, shipments and stockroom organization. The role is part-time and requires one to two years of experience in a high-volume retail environment, open schedule availability and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 40 lbs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations, adapting to changing priorities.
- Welcome customers, run items, operate the cash register and answer phone calls.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
