Tory Burch is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate in Calgary to build customer relationships, drive sales, deliver a memorable client experience, and uphold brand and operational standards. The role calls for one to three years of high-volume retail experience and flexible availability, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships to drive the business and meet personal sales goals.
- Create a memorable customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
- Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to colleagues and customers.
- Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
