Tory Burch is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Support Associate in Richmond to support front- and back-of-house operations, customer service, cashiering, shipment processing and stockroom organization. The role calls for one to two years of high-volume retail experience, open schedule availability and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 40 lbs; compensation is CAD 17–19, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations.
- Serve as a greeter, runner and cashier, and answer phone calls.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
