The Seasonal Retail Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, serving as a greeter, runner, cashier, and phone contact while executing store procedures and handling shipments and stockroom organization. The part-time role requires one to two years of high-volume retail experience and offers a compensation range of CAD 17–19, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations.
- Welcome customers, act as a runner and cashier, and answer telephone calls.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments, and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
