Tory Burch is seeking a Seasonal Retail Support Associate in Edmonton to assist with customer welcome, cashiering, phone coverage, shipments and stockroom organization while supporting front- and back-of-house operations. This part-time seasonal role requires one to two years of experience in a high-volume retail environment, open schedule availability and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations, including greeting, running, cashiering and answering phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments, and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
