Boutique Administrator at Van Cleef & Arpels Toronto – manage operations, inventory, and logistics for luxury jewellery boutique. CAD $30–$33/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual inventory counts, daily reconciliations, and cycle counts whilst maintaining safe organization to ensure fluid sales processes and seamless client experiences
- Execute shipping, receiving, and transfer operations with 100% tagging accuracy for all outgoing and incoming repairs
- Prepare and organize paperwork for accounting in a timely manner to facilitate financial reporting
- Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits, providing assistance to finance and auditing teams as requested
- Ensure all documentation aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies to maintain accurate audit scores
- Support boutique maintenance, supply ordering, and operational needs that facilitate the sales process
- Maintain clear and concise communication with boutique management and external vendors to sustain positive business relationships
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and financial documentation
- Ability to work accurately under pressure whilst maintaining compliance with security protocols
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex operational tasks
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail operations, boutique administration, or inventory management within a luxury retail environment is preferred. Familiarity with high-value product handling and security protocols is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in retail operations, inventory management, or business administration is valued.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 30 to CAD 33 per hour.
