A registered retirement savings plan is a Canadian savings plan registered with the Canada Revenue Agency.
An employer may offer a group RRSP through payroll. An employee has an individual RRSP and contributes through deductions from their paycheque. The employer may contribute as well. A job advertisement that mentions a group plan does not by itself state how much an employer contributes, when employees become eligible or whether the employer matches contributions. Those details come from the plan the employer offers.

In Vancouver, Harry Rosen listed a group RRSP for an alterations tailor. Delvaux went further in a client advisor posting by specifying an employer match. The second advertisement answers a question the first leaves open. Search local jobs for “rrsp”.
